Deborah is a lively and happy restaurant, based on fresh and local ingredients, alongside wonderful wines from all over the world. As in Shani's other restaurants, the menu changes every day according to the best ingredients available. You will find salon focaccia, a bag of green beans, za'atar burekas steak, cabbage cake, lima masabaha. Sea fish sashimi, pickled fish, Hrayme dish, grilled fish, the lamb kebab, lamb ribs, entrecote steak, precise dishes and the dinosaur bone
