Through Sciccheria, I have curated everything I appreciated from the restaurants I visited – fine cuisine with tasty and nutritionally rich dishes, natural elements and symbols that relax the customer, a playground for children, private parking, and a lounge concept. I analyzed both local and international business models and created Sciccheria according to the expectations and requirements of our family, especially, but also of HoReCa clients in general.
