The menu at Palette is led by Chef Roy Dori (Hotel Pra, Meschia, L28). The menu is based on everyday French classics - food that speaks to the heart and soul. Those classics have been rethought in accordance with our fresh ingredients in Israel, while combining creative ideas, designed presentation and aesthetics alongside great sounding music, a lively atmosphere and alcohol.
