SPHERA Wine Tasting Evenings In collaboration with Nati's Boutique, are a meticulous culinary experience, based on precision, depth and a natural connection between wine and chef's dishes. We invite you to a wine tasting evening - Eretz Israel, with three of the highest quality boutique wineries in Israel: Giv'ot | Beit El | Har Bracha. During the evening, there will be a guided tasting of selected wines from each winery, presenting different approaches to quality local wine - Structure and aging ability, elegance and balance, terroir and presence. The evening will take place at Safara, in an intimate and meticulous atmosphere with seating at shared tables, and is intended for invitees only. The wines will be accompanied by professional guidance from the wineries, accompanied by Liran Weiner - Safara's winemaker. A full, kosher chef's meal will be served alongside the wine, which was specially created for this evening, with precise connections between glass and plate. The meal reflects the language of Chef Benny Madar's cuisine - meticulous, seasonal and rich.
