GRACE
Pastel is a chef restaurant run by Gal Ben Moshe, a Michelin star winner. Ben Moshe's cuisine draws most of its inspiration from the cuisines of the Eastern Mediterranean Basin, alongside classic cooking techniques. In Pastel there is a connection between the chef's personal kitchen and the natural living environment of many of the raw materials on which he bases his work. The menu is based on local-seasonal ingredients.
