Hamudi Okla | Galilean Earth | Lahat Winery | December 1–December 3

Chef Hamudi Okla, a graduate of Bishulim Culinary School, worked with Meir Adoni and led kitchens including Magdalena, Sama and Pier 33. His cuisine draws inspiration from the Galilee and local Arab culinary traditions, giving them a contemporary interpretation. For “Galilean Earth,” he will be a guest chef at the Carlton, accompanied by wines from Lahat Winery. Culinary style: Contemporary Galilean-Arab cuisine rooted in local traditions, herbs and regional ingredients. His signature talent: bringing together memories and flavors from traditional cooking in a rich, precise and modern culinary style.
