Another flagship event in the DINNER & SHOW series at the Whisky Bar & Museum, in collaboration with Glenfiddich Distillery and Chef Shahaf Shabtai from POP&POPE. On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 20:00, we’ll host a special Dinner & Show evening where Chef Shahaf Shabtai will present a five-course meal with dessert, each course paired with a selected Glenfiddich expression. The Ambience

Shahaf Shabtay is an Israeli international chef who has established numerous restaurants worldwide and received multiple accolades, including Chef of the Year in the Czech Republic and recognition for a Michelin Red Restaurant, among others. His dishes are renowned for their vibrant colors, bold flavors, and unique Asian aromas, drawing on his experiences from Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Shanghai, and combining them with classic French techniques. At the Dinner & Show, guests will enjoy meat, vegetable, and fish dishes, each given a special touch by Chef Shabtay, alongside five carefully selected Glenfiddich pairings.
