רובע א' היא טיול במחוזותיו של שף אביתר מלכה. במקור משכונת רובע א' האשדודית, המסעדה מספרת את סיפורו ומדגישה את נסיונו של השף החוזר למחוזות ילדותו, בפרשנות עדכנית ובדגש על דגה טרייה, פחם והשפעות מכל מדינות הים התיכון. המסעדה שוכנת במלון אלקונין האגדי- המלון הראשון בת"א שעבר הקמה מחדש ב-2019.
