7to1 LAB fusion lab

The LAB hosts Chef Yaniv Gur Aryeh for a second round – “Israel Trail.” A seasonal dinner series built entirely on local ingredients. Every Monday throughout April-May, guests are invited on a five-station culinary journey: a generous 14-course tasting menu that bridges memories and innovation, seamlessly connecting haute cuisine with mixology. Alongside the tasting menu, and in collaboration with Yaniv, we’ve crafted five unique cocktails, each developed and infused in our own lab.

TYO

A Japanese restaurant bar headed by an authentic Japanese chef - the only sushi master in Israel. From the moment you enter the impressive space, all the senses work and an ongoing entertainment experience begins, accompanied by fresh and fine Japanese food, and in the background a musical soundtrack unique to the place plays. TYO's unique concept was born from the idea of bringing elegant and precise Japanese cuisine to the heart of the warm and vibrant Middle East, in order to create a space without borders, combining a world-class entertainment experience and flavors with an emphasis on traditional Japanese food with a contemporary twist.
