Guest Chef at Passador
A Special Culinary Evening at Passador Chef Gabi Zilber welcomes Chef Einav Azgouri for a one-night-only collaborative dining experience, bringing together Passador’s contemporary Spanish cuisine with Mediterranean and Tel Aviv-inspired influences. For this special occasion, a unique menu has been created and will be served in two seatings only. The menu will feature original dishes developed through the collaboration of the two chefs, showcasing seasonal ingredients, refined cooking techniques, and personal interpretations of the culinary traditions that inspire them. The event will take place in an open-kitchen format, allowing guests to be part of the creative process, watch the chefs at work up close, and enjoy an evening that combines exceptional food, hospitality, and a unique atmosphere. The menu is priced at ₪300 / ₪350 per guest, with a ₪50 deposit per guest required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid at the restaurant on the day of the event.
