Castel Winery, located in the heart of the Judean Mountains, offers a meticulous hospitality experience centered around quality wine, open views, and an elegant atmosphere. The winery’s spaces are suitable for a wide variety of visits and events—from intimate tastings for couples, through group tours and wine experiences, to private events, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings. The combination of vineyards, mountains, wine, and professional hospitality creates an impressive and pleasant setting for small moments, meaningful meetings, and unforgettable events.

Welcome to Ophir Farm - a boutique winery, vineyard and apiary. Our story begins with beekeeping, continues with agricultural work in the family vineyard, and ends with wine fermentation in our boutique winery. We would be very happy to host you at our visitor center, built in a unique log cabin from the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by our eucalyptus grove, across from the vineyard. When you arrive, we will tell you the story of the family and the farm, and you can enjoy a variety of experiences with us – a culinary wine experience, where you will choose your favorite wine and dishes from our food menu, a wine tour with a guided tasting experience from the vineyard to the winery, accompanied by a rich cheese brunch, pampering picnic packages to sit with in the nearby forest, and the farm coffee cart where you will find fine coffee and a variety of sandwiches made purely from local ingredients, pastries and sweets. Of course, you can taste and purchase nine types of farm honey and a variety of winery wines. Seating with us is under the shade of the eucalyptus trees or on the cabin balcony and is based on availability, we do not reserve seats in advance. Waiting for you, the Ofir Farm Family

Shorer Winery is located on a family farm in Moshav Talmei Yechiel, which has been farming for over 40 years. The winery produces a variety of wines while adhering to principles such as regionalism, promiscuity, simplicity and sustainable agriculture. The quality wine grapes arrive at the winery immediately after being harvested directly from our vineyards all located in Moshav. The visitor center offers tours of the vineyards and winery, receiving an explanation of the grape growing and wine production process, local cheese platters and of course tastings of our wines. A small event or team meeting of a company or organization may also take place at the space.
