The successful and well-established FISH restaurant has moved from the Rishon Letzion beachfront to the city’s new and developing western industrial area. FISH’s vision is to build an exceptional culinary complex that will provide its guests with a delightful Mediterranean experience coupled with good music, a rich bar, courteous service, and a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere. The new menu combines a wide variety of styles, excellent, fresh and seasonal raw materials – and a lot of Israeli soul and simplicity. The new menu was built around the concept of abundance and variety, inviting FISH’s diners to enjoy plenty of surf and/or turf appetizers served to the center of the table, enabling every diner to enjoy as many flavors, aromas, and colors as possible, at affordable prices.
