"We specialize in the production of wines from the Carmel region of the Benevolent Valley, Israel's oldest wine region in the Nahal Taninim, Alona, ​​Nili, Ada and Sanonit streams, using traditional growing methods in vineyards that are mostly not irrigated and with minimal intervention in the winemaking process at the winery. Bar-Maor Winery was established by Rami Bar-Maor who studied for a year at Margalit Winery in 2007, our wines present a real show, and tempt and respect the balance created by nature in the Benevolent Valley, which is on the northern coastal plain on the southern slopes of Carmel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a growing area The oldest wine in Israel. Our growing area allows us to produce a wine to accompany food, high natural acidity that shows freshness and liveliness alongside moderate aromaticity and ease of drinking, is our hallmark. The production philosophy deals with promoting wines with a high level of drinkability, a low alcohol sensation and growing varieties that are suitable for the region and the white chalky soil, with tightness, excellent acidity, tartness and flintiness from redox processes that are so suitable for the hot Israeli weather and the local raw materials.
