Golan Basalt Winery - The secret lies in the soil. The first boutique winery in the Golan, and the fourth in the country, founded by Yoav Levy, the owner and winemaker. The winery is located in the center of the Golan, in Moshav Kidmat-Zvi. The winery is located in the heart of a grove of eucalyptus trees and near the grove is a spring of living water overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The secret of the fine wines lies in the fertile and rich basalt soil, in the special climatic conditions of the region and in natural and meticulous production processes. The winery produces wine from noble grape varieties and from them produces a particularly high-quality and delicious wine. The winery produces a variety of wines and has a shop and a visitor center with a dairy restaurant for hospitality. As of today, the Golan Basalt Winery produces about 85,000 bottles per year. Events, performances and a variety of activities can be held at the winery.

In the west of the Hefer Valley, among fields, vineyards and orchards, near the Turtle Bridge on the Alexander River, the Vitkin Winery is located and next to it is the winery's visitor center. In the visitor center you can enjoy a wine tasting experience accompanied by explanations and a tour of the barrel room and the container room.
