The Schnitzel

"Ruben" is a chain of burgers and hot meats in a unique American atmosphere. "Ruben" sandwich was invented somewhere in deli in New York in the mid-20s and arrived in Israel about a decade ago. "Ruben" has set itself the goal of upgrading the hamburger trend in the country and today the chain serves alongside its famous burgers and sandwiches, also steaks, asado, special entrees and specials from the smokehouse on a daily basis.

Papiano is the training restaurant of chef Moshe Yatach, what started with a few tables in the yard has turned into a culinary gospel over the years. The menu is a Mediterranean meeting from Italy to the local cuisine, from the raw material and techniques, based on seasonality. The restaurant offers an entertainment experience from a romantic meal, a festive meeting, hanging out at the bar or in the courtyard lounge area.
