7to1 Culinary Laboratory

The excellent cocktail laboratory from TYO regularly stirs up the alleys of Neve Tzedek, but has now decided to increase its presence and invite its favorite foodies to Ofer Sasson's kitchen. The result is a series of original and special evenings that are based on perfect summer-adapted food and whose purpose is satisfied smiles and a little joy. It will start on Monday and Tuesday (02-03 September) with Guy Arish, who will work his Santi and Misha magic behind the bar with intias sashimi, seaweed and blush perfume and with berry gazpacho with pineapple sage and purple basil. A week later (September 9-10), Yuval Leshem and Itti Eyal from the Ilu group will come in and serve, among other things, raw fish fillet with tomato fillet and oyster extract alongside mussel ceviche with cucumber, seaweed and flax sauce, and the meals will be signed by Moti Titman from Melgo and Melber , Shinif for two evenings (September 16-17) a simple and complex menu at the same time, including homemade brazola, corned beef and potato salad with horseradish aioli, beef tartare with white soy, as well as sea fish sashimi with ponzo-lime sauce, pumpkin seeds and kefir lime oil.
