Miasa Cheese, located in Isfiya in the Carmel Mountains, is a spacious restaurant offering gourmet breakfasts alongside spectacular countryside views. The restaurant opened in 2017 after chef Miasa Halabi decided to share with the world her special methods for making cheese and food. The restaurant offers a variety of fine breakfasts, all prepared on site from quality and natural ingredients. Our breakfasts served with fresh bread that has just come out of the oven blend in exceptionally well with the pastoral and green landscape of the Carmel Mountains and create a unique and captivating atmosphere. Among other things, you will find rich desserts that are prepared by hand and care for the small details.
