Over sixty years ago, the young Saleh Dabah grazed his small flock of sheep, between the hills of the Galilee and opened a butchery and a small grocery store, in a narrow alley, in the village of Deir al-Assad. The quality of fresh meat, began to attract buyers from all over the region. Slowly the business expanded and the tradition was created. Over the years the family expanded, her sons traveled around the world and returned home after gaining a great deal of knowledge and professionalism in the field of meat.
