Wine Tasting Evening – Golan Heights Winery

Sphera's wine tasting evenings in collaboration with Nati's Boutique are a meticulous and multi-layered culinary experience. We invite you to an extraordinary wine evening with the Golan Heights Winery - one of the most respected and influential wineries in Israel. During the evening, there will be an in-depth tasting of selected wines, young and aging, including a comparison of singles - new versus old, allowing a vivid and fascinating glimpse into the processes of time and terroir. The evening will take place in the VIP room of the library in an intimate and meticulous atmosphere and is intended for invitees only. The wines will be accompanied by professional guidance from a wine expert from the winery and the library's winemaker, Liran Weiner. Alongside the wine, a full chef's meal will be served, specially created for this evening, combining seasonal and fresh ingredients with precise connections between glass and plate. The meal reflects the language of Chef Benny Madar's cuisine - creative, meticulous and uncompromising. Schedule: 17:30 - Mingling, finger food and the first two wine tastings 18:00 - Start of the event and seating at shared tables, for the continuation of the chef's meal and meticulous wine pairing.
