Our winery is located on the family farm in Moshav Sde Moshe. The wines are all made from grapes grown on the farm and are the best expression of the soil and vines we know so well. In the yard of the winery we host a wine experience in a relaxed and calm atmosphere facing the view of the vineyards.

Clos de Gat winery is located on the slopes of the Judean Hills, with its vineyards reaching toward the Ayalon Valley. Grapes have been grown on these gently rolling hills for thousands of years—an ancient winepress over 3,000 years old still sits on the winery grounds. A thin layer of soil over limestone and a unique microclimate come together to create ideal conditions for growing exceptional quality wine grapes.

Ophir Farm is a boutique winery, vineyard, and apiary. From beekeeping to farming to fermentation at the boutique winery, our story begins with beekeeping. We look forward to welcoming you to our visitor center, built from a unique wooden hut from the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by a eucalyptus grove, in front of the vineyard. If you arrive, we will be happy to tell you the story of the family and the farm and we will be able to offer you the variety of experiences we offer - a guided tour of the farm and winery, a couple's experience of cheese and wine tastings and a picnic package that you can collect and continue hiking. In addition to tasting our nine kinds of honey, we also sell wine and honey from the farm. We do not reserve seats in advance. Seats with us are under the shade of the eucalyptus or on the balcony of the cabin, based on availability. We will meet the Ophir family.

Yaffo Winery was established in 1998 by Moshe and Anne Celniker following French family tradition. With a strong connection to the land and nature, Yaffo Winery invests an enormous amount in nurturing their vineyards for high-quality grapes in low yield. The winery’s low-temperature crushing process, and meticulous aging produce outstanding red and white wines. In this boutique winery, located in Ella valley near jerusalem, the personal touch is just as important as savoring the wine. The Celniker’s passionate pursuit of new techniques and technologies is reflected in the winemaking experience and the superb taste of their quality wines. A boutique winery in Moshav HaYogev in the Jezreel valley. Besides the winery and our magical visitor center, the family farm has an organic olive grove, natural honey beehives and of course a young and fresh grape vineyard which we take care of with a lot of love and warmth because we believe that good wine starts with good grapes. You are welcome to visit us, fall in love with wine, breathe nature, enjoy our tours and relax.
