Selas' Annual Bluefin Tuna Event
Chef Or Ginsberg and the Slas Group are delighted to invite you to a festive celebration of our traditional tuna filleting event. The event includes a live demonstration of Bluefin Tuna filleting, an explanation about the fish and its different cuts, tastings of special parts served directly from the freshly filleted fish, and a chef’s dinner featuring at least 10 courses and 3 specially crafted cocktails paired with the meal. The events are in collaboration with: Beluga Vodka, San Pellegrino, Sakura, Udi Bechor Fish. The menu will include at least 10 dishes and may change depending on the chef’s mood and the availability of ingredients. This is a couples experience (single tickets cannot be booked). Tickets are ordered through Ontopo (half of the payment in advance, with the balance due at the restaurant on the day of the event). The event is subject to sea conditions and fish availability.
