Onyx is a chef's restaurant that offers a modern Mediterranean menu, local cuisine with fresh fish and seafood and selected and aged meats. The atmosphere and stylish design is reminiscent of the restaurants in New York. Chef Johnny Goric, a graduate of high culinary schools in France, who has cooked for world leaders, kings and presidents, is responsible for the meticulous dishes. The new Onyx brings the fine dining experience to downtown Haifa.

Lux Restaurant is the combination of local, seasonal and personal food by Chef Alaa Musa for a casual entertainment at eye level. The motto of the new Lux restaurant is that even excellent food can be eaten in a happy and pleasant atmosphere. Chef Alaa Musa is known to culinary enthusiasts from his work at the Almarsa restaurant in Acre. Alaa, who began his career in Dan Gourmet and worked in a number of Tel Aviv restaurants and from there continued to Sweden where he worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Rose and F12 from which he returned to his hometown of Acre.

Bar - Mediterranean Italian food. Crudo, "raw" in Italian, is a tribute to the Northern Italian cuisine that consists of fine ingredients and is served in small plates bursting with flavors. The menu includes traditional dishes with local twists that are the unique fingerprint of Chef Alaa Moussa. Along with a light cocktail, you can have an evening of drinks and snacks or a full dinner with the right wine. And all this, in the atmosphere of your choice - in the tabon bar, the alcohol bar, at a table under the roof of the sky with the breeze of the port street or in the private gallery on the second floor of the restaurant.

The new Peigam restaurant draws its inspiration from the surrounding land and the rich culinary history of the area. The kitchen, led by chef Dan Zoaretz, is based on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the Carmel coast, seasonal collections from the mountain and work with regional growers. The dishes feature unconventional Middle Eastern flavors served in a historic stone house renovated and furnished with loving hands. With a carefully crafted local wine menu and a rustic and relaxed atmosphere suitable for both a meticulous meal and a snack and drink for the beginning or end of the evening

Ha-Namal 24, a French-style chef's restaurant by Chef Ran Rosh, is located on Port Street, combining gourmet food, spectacular Tuscan design, and courteous and professional service. Chef Ren Rosh, a graduate of the High Bocuse High School of Cooking in Lyon, France, offers a menu influenced by the cooking methods of French cuisine and contains touches of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is designed as a Tuscan villa and is divided into beautifully designed private rooms, which create a new guest experience in each and every room: the main piazza, the romantic double room, the wine cellar, and the conference room. The restaurant has a hall for boutique events, used for family events, conferences, and social evenings.
