Earth, people, and joy. The activity at the venue is based on a deep connection to nature, the seasons, and precise simplicity – one that allows you to pause, breathe, and enjoy. In the farmyard, a boutique winery operates, producing unique quality wines with love, care, and a lot of soul. From Sunday to Thursday, visits to the farm are available by prior arrangement and for group arrivals. On Fridays, the farm is open to the public for wine tastings, tours, and an authentic rural experience. The visit is suitable for couples, groups, birthdays, and small events. A place of vibrant agriculture, heartfelt hospitality, and good energy.

Castel Winery, located in the heart of the Judean Mountains, offers a meticulous hospitality experience centered around quality wine, open views, and an elegant atmosphere. The winery’s spaces are suitable for a wide variety of visits and events—from intimate tastings for couples, through group tours and wine experiences, to private events, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings. The combination of vineyards, mountains, wine, and professional hospitality creates an impressive and pleasant setting for small moments, meaningful meetings, and unforgettable events.

Elah Valley Wineries are one of the leading and advanced wineries in Israel and are an important landmark in everything related to hospitality and regional wine tourism. The winery has a visitor center where workshops, wine tastings and various events can be held.

“Ahat” Winery is a small, high-quality boutique winery run by a single woman, born out of a passion for creation and a desire for free expression in the winemaking process. The vineyard is located in the Upper Galilee, while the winery itself is based in Mateh Yehuda. It produces white and rosé wines that are regularly featured in some of the country’s leading restaurants, wine bars, and specialty shops. Nitzan Sabrasky, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Milan and a master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, decided to establish her own small winery after gaining experience in wineries across Italy, South Africa, and Israel. Her winemaking philosophy is rooted in respect for the raw material, with a preference for minimal intervention and as little use of additives as possible. The pursuit of balance and freshness guides her work and plays a key role in the decision-making process.

The winery was established in 2002 at my home out of my love for wine and was moved to the vineyard grounds at the entrance to Eilat in 2014. Back in 2008, the winery won its first medal out of 24 that the winery has won since its establishment. The combination of desert, sea and mineral soil produces a unique wine. The winery produces white and red wines from different varieties and at the visitor center we prepare a selection of delicacies for guests to enhance the experience of visiting the complex.
