Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes. We buy our wines from Israeli wineries only. The varied Israeli wine menu has been specially adapted to the restaurant's dishes in addition to the refreshing cocktail menu.
