Nihon Nu-ba, Moshe Segev's new Japanese bar was born after years of curiosity, thought and learning the culture of drinking and Japanese cuisine. It was this passion that combined the elite chef's kitchen with the municipal bar and created Nihon Nu-Ba. The Japanese bar brings together the Israeli guest with the fascinating richness that Japanese cuisine and mixology has to offer, with a huge selection of drinks and raw materials that few have encountered in Israel. The different types of sake, the Japanese whiskey and the unique cocktails with maccha and yuzu tea liqueur are just one aspect of what the guests at Nihon Nu-Ba will reveal.
