Those who did not get to know us, we opened a small chef-bar with 27 seats around an open kitchen where all the magic happens. We recruited a small team that likes to make happy and scatter smiles, we sat for days and nights and picked a song-song that would make you clap and want to get up and dance, we wrote a booklet with hundreds of alternating dishes, we cooked cocktails and got drunk on tasting.
