Manta Ray

Authentic Chinese restaurant

On the corner of Nahalat Binyamin and Montefiore, amid the bustle of the street, you’ll find Barbur — a quiet spot that feels a little different from its surroundings. Chef Itay Eyal’s restaurant is centered around an open kitchen and a red marble bar, where the evening unfolds. The chefs cook in front of the guests, fire and grilling are at the heart of it all, and the menu changes with the seasons and the ingredients arriving in the kitchen. The dishes are made for sharing, moving between the center of the table and the bar, alongside an extensive wine list and cocktails created to complement the food. Barbur brings together precise chef-driven cooking and the easy rhythm of a Tel Aviv bar. Come for a full dinner, or take a seat at the bar for a few dishes and a glass of wine — and stay for the evening.

Monroe is an elegant food bar in the heart of Ehad Ha'am, with dishes from the sea and the land, precise cocktails and an intimate atmosphere. The bar's energy inside, Parisian vibe outside - and all this with effortless style.
