Kabakeh

"Kabakeh" is the subsidiary restaurant of Ezba, which is considered one of the best Arab-Gilil restaurants in Israel. It has been operating for almost 30 years at the entrance to Kfar Rama in an authentic and simple building, where dishes are served from seasonal and local ingredients, farm to table even before the concept became fashionable. In Kabbakha, authentic Galilean Arab cuisine, with dishes based on collections of wild plants and seasonal dishes suitable for the building in which the restaurant is located, a building that is about 400 years old, located in Kadoumim square in old Jaffa. Habib and Minerva Daud and their sons host in an authentic family atmosphere and bring the Galilean energy to Tel Aviv, with classical Arabic music and live performances every week.
