Castel Winery, located in the heart of the Judean Mountains, offers a meticulous hospitality experience centered around quality wine, open views, and an elegant atmosphere. Elah Valley Wineries are one of the leading and advanced wineries in Israel and are an important landmark in everything related to hospitality and regional wine tourism. The winery has a visitor center where workshops, wine tastings and various events can be held.

Bahat Winery is a family boutique winery, located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the north of the Golan Heights. The Bhat Winery visitor center contains 100 seats for visitors and a wine bar for tasting. The center can host various types of wine events that include wine tasting and a visit to the winery while learning about the wine production process. During the harvest season you can also visit the vineyards near the winery. There is a unique activity for children as well as a boutique shop selling a wide variety of cheeses, wines, liqueurs, and delicacies produced in the Golan and the surrounding area. You will also find a variety of accessories and related equipment for wine culture. The winery's visitor center also serves food such as: pizzas, salads, soups and cheese platters.

Yaffo Winery was established in 1998 by Moshe and Anne Celniker following French family tradition. With a strong connection to the land and nature, Yaffo Winery invests an enormous amount in nurturing their vineyards for high-quality grapes in low yield. The winery’s low-temperature crushing process, and meticulous aging produce outstanding red and white wines. In this boutique winery, located in Ella valley near jerusalem, the personal touch is just as important as savoring the wine. The Celniker’s passionate pursuit of new techniques and technologies is reflected in the winemaking experience and the superb taste of their quality wines. The son, Stephan graduated wine making in burgundy and for 16 years already he his the wine maker

Bat Shlomo Vineyards is a small boutique winery that was born in 2010. We are located in the heart of the historic Bat Shlomo colony, in the hills of the Carmel Coast, where the tradition of vines and wine began in 1889, with the plantings of Baron Rothschild and the establishment of the colony. Our winery is a privately owned winery, owned by entrepreneur Eli Wortman, an Estate winery that grows its own vineyards, here, in the Bat Shlomo Hills and Mount Horshan, out of a daily connection to the land, the local terroir, and history.
