Giovanni, is a unique restaurant that combines the two most delicious cuisines. Italian cuisine and Galilean Arab cuisine. The restaurant was founded by the brothers Fadi and Marwan Samaan, who were born and raised in Italy and learned the secrets of the kitchen from their mother, who would cook the traditional food from Milan and uniquely combine the Italian tradition. The menu at Giovanni is based on fresh ingredients and all the dishes are made on the spot, combining ingredients that are brought directly from the village of Ilbon, where their family lives. The restaurant opened two years ago, near Tel Aviv University, and presents a menu where everyone can find what they like, from coffee and snacks in the morning, through delicious lunches to an elaborate dinner. There is also a variety of vegan and gluten-free dishes. With the wonderful pizzas coming out of the oven, alongside fresh pastas with rich sauces, focaccia and salads and an extensive wine and cocktail menu. Self Service.
