Modern Restaurant at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem invites you throughout Hanukkah to come and enjoy Rachel's sphnges every day, which will be served to every table.

At Ima Restaurant, we prepare Jerusalem-style cuisine, meticulously preserving culinary traditions that have all but vanished. For over four decades, Ima has been cooking authentic food using fresh, high-quality ingredients, based on recipes passed down through generations from Iraqi, Kurdish, and Jerusalemite cultures. Our offerings range from a variety of kubbeh—each handmade on-site—and hearty stews to meats roasted over charcoal and served alongside fresh, flavorful salads.

Gatsby is the oldest cocktail bar in Jerusalem. The Gatsby draws its inspiration from the dry period of New York, from those days when the producers and consumers of alcohol had to "speak quietly" (speakeasy) and the liquor bar was hidden behind a secret door or even "disguised" as another business and when you still managed to enter one, like you arrived in the country The promised and a mysterious and incredibly special bar will be revealed before you. The Mahaniuda group takes the legendary Gatsby cocktail bar of Jerusalem and the respect it pays to the bars of that time and puts the alcohol at the center. The group will offer a rich menu of drinks. From classic and seasonal cocktails to blends and original labels of the group. The food at Gatsby also puts alcohol at the center and the entire menu consists of dishes to accompany the cocktail menu. Among the dishes on the menu you'll find brazaula and weissbraten, 18-day corned beef, sausage, pistachios from Turkey and another selection of cheeses, sausages, crackers, sandwiches and pickles.

In Jerusalem's Rehavia, a unique restaurant from the Machniuda Group of Chef Assaf Granit awaits you. Combining a Jerusalem, culinary and creative atmosphere. The cafe offers a menu throughout the day. The breakfast menu is served until 12:30 with all our most selected dishes - French omelet, Eggs Benedict and addictive cloud pancakes! And already at 13:30 we are open for a lunch menu based on light, special and different dishes from the Jerusalem landscape - from dates in tempura to crepe zost. In the evening the atmosphere is light, young, with low lights, candles, music... an atmosphere of wine at the end of a long day. Wine in the Cafe Dimmed lights, a relaxed atmosphere and an evening where wine is the centerpiece. Every week we have one evening that puts wine at the center of the evening alongside live music, a DJ, a selection of wines from our amazing wine fridge which contains about 300 bottles of Israeli wines and others imported from abroad. All this alongside carefully prepared tapas dishes with a local twist
