"Gauchos" are the South American cowboys who raise the cattle calves in the green pastures of South America, and the restaurant is actually named after them. The secret of the taste of the meat in the "El Gaucho" chain lies in the selection of the cuts of beef, their cutting, aging in special refrigerators where there is a controlled temperature and their unique roasting on a charcoal grill, which caresses the meat with a special aroma. Argentine cuisine, simple but gourmet, is honored at El Gaucho. The chain tries to preserve its flavors, the way it is seasoned and its combinations with the dishes available next to it, in order to create an authentic Argentine corner for customers in Israel.
