How is a stormy city created over and over again? Hungry young people rebel against their parents who have already fallen asleep in it. They have big dreams, a burning ambition, a belief that the world can be changed and made a better place. Most of the time they are then pushed to the margins, underground, to the dark basements of the city to the secrets of the night and there they create living environments that allow each person to breathe and proudly carry who they chose to be in the world. Fag and Il Shani understood, perhaps for the first time in the world, that these wonderful and colorful people deserve much more than the outskirts of the city and opened Gila, a place that glorifies the difference and gives it a central stage that is soaked in heart-pounding food that celebrates freedom and hope.
