The new place in Nachalat Binyamin. Two floors, three spaces and a lively street. Each space specializes in its field, a seasonal food bar overseen by Alon Peled and Aviv Cohen, a colorful cocktail bar run by Yuval Sofer and Dan Kreitzer, and on the top floor a stylish wine bar run by Shmulik Koltan and Yonatan Rotenberg, with a private balcony overlooking the Binyamin estate, which is closed to vehicle traffic every evening. All you have to do is choose which space to sit and enjoy them all together.
La Market is an authentic Mediterranean market restaurant, located in the revitalized Dizengoff Square. The restaurant offers an entertainment experience that includes a colorful and open kitchen with a variety of dishes and fresh ingredients, a meticulous and pleasant atmosphere and a staff that understands the importance of service and will receive you with love. We invite you to start the evening sitting at the bar, or at one of our tables, offering you to share a few dishes from the menu and ask the staff for a wine or cocktail to suit you. The Porter Restaurant is located in the heart of Tel Aviv at 14 Ha'Arba Street and is a long-standing home for excellent food and beer. What motivates us over the years is the love for food, beer and people. The porter is divided into two, a smokehouse, which is active at noon and serves a business of smoked meats, and in the evening our old brasserie menu is served. At Porter you will find 50 types of draft beer that come to us from the best breweries in Israel and the world. Schnitt Brewery, our little sister, which is right next door gets the respect it deserves and stars in 10 changing taps. At Porter you can find a variety of dishes that cater to the general public as well as monthly special menus that will take you on an exciting flavor journey. Far from the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv, in one of the magical corners of Jaffa, lies Gemma Restaurant (Italian: Ibn-Chen, Pnina). Chef Rami Aminov is in charge of the restaurant's varied menu, which he designed in the style of a travel diary. After quite a few trips and culinary training in the land of the boot, Rami decided to open a place where he could cook classic dishes with personal interpretation, while maintaining the freshness of the raw materials and connecting them to the place. The pastas served in the restaurant are fresh, and are made daily by hand, the Neapolitan-style pizzas are baked in a special oven, imported from Italy. The chef in the kitchen of Gemma Restaurant is waiting for you and promises to give you an unforgettable Italian-Jaffa experience!
So after the success of our sisters "Kafra Miu" we returned to the origins of the most fun, delicious and accessible food in the world. Out of my little longing for the place where I lived and learned to cook, I opened "Calabria" with my best friend Omar, which focuses on the flavors and stories of the classic cuisines from Rome and the south, where the Italian food kicks hot and is super fun.
