Those who did not get to know us, we opened a small chef-bar with 27 seats around an open kitchen where all the magic happens. We recruited a small team that likes to make happy and scatter smiles, we sat for days and nights and picked a song-song that would make you clap and want to get up and dance, we wrote a booklet with hundreds of alternating dishes, we cooked cocktails and got drunk on tasting. The River chain has been operating in Israel for over 20 years and brings you Asian cuisine in its many shades. The River chain is known for it's winning combination of fresh and high-quality raw materials, precise flavors and a high sense of service, which allow the clientele to return and enjoy each time again, in restaurants, in TAKE AWAY and home deliveries. Like any chain, we started small. We opened our first branch in Jerusalem, somewhere in 2004, with the aim of bringing fast and kosher Asian cuisine to the fore. Today, with 16 branches across the country and more new restaurants on the way, we can say that we are on the right track. Nice to meet - JAPAN JAPAN - Wok and Sushi. A kosher restaurant chain based on the purity of the Asian menu - Japanese-Chinese-Thai - with influences from other cuisines from the Far East. More than 80 dishes that pay homage to the source, from the most expensive and high-quality raw materials specially imported and prepared on site, from the noodles to the special sauces.
