About us
The new hotel restaurant in Moran, moran slow dining, under the direction of chef Nitai Yahalom emphasizes slow and creative cooking based on organic, local and seasonal raw materials, which are grown using sustainable methods in the surrounding fields and farms. Yahalom, returned to the Galilee after about a decade in Tel Aviv, where he worked in the kitchens of El Shani (Hasalon and North Abraxas).
