About us
We live the Galilee atmosphere and love hosting. We are on an ongoing journey to find fine raw materials, make sure to prepare everything ourselves, and most of all - love great food and people who know how to enjoy it. Tibi's, founded by chef Chaim Tibi and Roi Cohen in 2013, collects daily fresh vegetables from local farms, specially imported flours, raw materials from local farms and producers, excellent wines from Israeli wineries and chunks of freedom pasture meat. The pasta is made by trained hands , the bread dough is puffed and the meat is broken down in the butcher shop on the spot and of course - properly aged. The desserts are based on the fruit of the season and the patisserie cream mixes comfortably by our wonderful confectioners - Shoshi and Shoval. We carefully choose the variety of alcoholic beverages and cocktails, so that they will suit the time, the season, the atmosphere and of course - our dear guests. Our menu celebrates love for people, friends, family and unforgettable experiences
