The new Peigam restaurant draws its inspiration from the surrounding land and the rich culinary history of the area. The kitchen, led by chef Dan Zoaretz, is based on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the Carmel coast, seasonal collections from the mountain and work with regional growers. The dishes feature unconventional Middle Eastern flavors served in a historic stone house renovated and furnished with loving hands. With a carefully crafted local wine menu and a rustic and relaxed atmosphere suitable for both a meticulous meal and a snack and drink for the beginning or end of the evening

Bar - Mediterranean Italian food. Crudo, "raw" in Italian, is a tribute to the Northern Italian cuisine that consists of fine ingredients and is served in small plates bursting with flavors. The menu includes traditional dishes with local twists that are the unique fingerprint of Chef Alaa Moussa. Along with a light cocktail, you can have an evening of drinks and snacks or a full dinner with the right wine. The Hermitage was established in 2012 by Jaris Azzam, a third generation of restaurateurs and a family that has been in the restaurant industry for many years. The restaurant is housed in an ancient building made of basalt stones that is more than 800 years old, located on the banks of the Sea of Galilee on Tiberias Promenade The place serves special dishes from Arab cuisine, fresh fish from the Sea of Galilee and the Mediterranean Sea, good meats, fresh seafood and a variety of rich and special salads
