When my father and I decided to open the Bishik restaurant - the brewery, we didn't know which cuts or types of meat would be the favorites of our customers, so we decided that every diner who comes to us should choose the food he likes from the entire menu - that's where the idea of eating as much as you can was born, because there is no reason A diner will not be able to taste the whole menu - that's the whole experience, to taste all the worlds and as much as possible! From farm to table Farm To Table. Our family has a sheep farm and we bring our home grown to the table for you. The restaurant operates three times a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - in the evenings only. As part of the experience you will be able to enjoy beers made in the brewery in the restaurant complex, a wide variety of salads that are served to the table along with the meats and delicious desserts made by the family. We invite you to stay with us and enjoy a special all-you-can-eat experience!
