Chef Mittbal's restaurant is located in the heart of the picturesque settlement of Rosh Pina in the Upper Galilee and is a center of attraction for the residents of the area and the many guests of the guesthouses and B&Bs in the area. The restaurant, which opened in May 2006, offers its guests, together with the dishes, a culinary experience of unique flavors and professional presentation. The name of the restaurant was given to it due to the combination of the meats and fish prepared in the restaurant with countless wonderful dips. Mittabal's kitchen offers a combination of innovation and creativity with nostalgic tastes from Mother's house.
