Conversations at the bar with Haim Cohen X Ruthi Brodo

Chef Haim Cohen's Jaffa Tel Aviv restaurant will hold a series of events during the months of November-December to mark the restaurant's 13th anniversary, which will present the milestones and development of the culinary scene in Israel. During the events, the restaurant will become a space of collective culinary memories, connecting the past, present and future of food culture in Israel.

The Ambience

On the occasion of 13 years of "Jaffa Tel-Aviv", chef Haim Cohen invites you to an intimate evening at the bar with restaurateur Ruthi Brodo. The two will talk about the evolution of the Israeli hospitality culture - from the early days of Cohen's "Kern" and Brodo's "Coffee Bar", to the restaurants of today. They will discuss changes in the preferences of Israeli diners, the development of standards in restaurant menus and delivery services, and the connection between hospitality in the restaurant arena and hospitality at home. The evening will be accompanied by special tastings that reflect the development of the Israeli hospitality culture, through the eyes of two of the key people who shaped it
