NICE TO MEAT

In Uzbek culture - food is everything. And especially with us - for 30 years we have entertained thousands of people with real Bukhari food like at home, which we prepare in Samarkand restaurants by hand exactly according to the Uzbek tradition since we know ourselves. Oshplao is the highlight of Uzbek cuisine, the basis of everything. OSHPALAO is a way of life, or as the Uzbeks say: OSHPALAO IS EVERYTHING. And in our new concept, we bring you the Uzbek street food experience as close as possible to the source, with flavors, cooking methods, dishes, pastries, drinks - like a fascinating trip through the market alleys of Samarkand.

A unique complex by the Whisky Bar Museum, combining a distinctive culinary experience that moves between two different restaurants: Vianda – a meat restaurant offering a selection of premium cuts from Meshek Laggaziel, and now also launching our new wine bar, Vivian, which is open for reservations.
