KANU – A Vietnamese street food joint with an Asian soul in the heart of Florentine. After a decade of operation, we are proud to launch a groundbreaking new menu, led by Liron Brenner (VONG, ) – with flavors from Hanoi, aromas from Ho Chi Minh and a surprising Thai twist that adds spiciness, freshness and sass. Each dish is based on fresh ingredients that arrive every morning from the market, with an emphasis on handcraft, sustainability and a connection to the world beyond the plate. The new design, built entirely by the hands of owner and entrepreneur Eyal Kalimian (“Moksha”), connects bustling streets with a deep cultural approach. KANU is an experience of flavors, colors and atmosphere – not a restaurant that imitates the East, but one that brings it with it, with a personal, precise and courageous interpretation
