Clos de Gat winery is located on the slopes of the Judean Hills, with its vineyards reaching toward the Ayalon Valley. Grapes have been grown on these gently rolling hills for thousands of years—an ancient winepress over 3,000 years old still sits on the winery grounds. A thin layer of soil over limestone and a unique microclimate come together to create ideal conditions for growing exceptional quality wine grapes.

Yaffo Winery was established in 1998 by Moshe and Anne Celniker following French family tradition. With a strong connection to the land and nature, Yaffo Winery invests an enormous amount in nurturing their vineyards for high-quality grapes in low yield. The winery’s low-temperature crushing process, and meticulous aging produce outstanding red and white wines. In this boutique winery, located in Ella valley near jerusalem, the personal touch is just as important as savoring the wine. The Celniker’s passionate pursuit of new techniques and technologies is reflected in the winemaking experience and the superb taste of their quality wines.
