Aubergine Centrul Vechi is a Mediterranean restaurant in Bucharest, located in the Old Town on Strada Smârdan 33. Created around the culinary vision of Chef Ronen Meri, the restaurant brings together Eastern Mediterranean, North African and Middle Eastern influences in a colorful, generous and contemporary dining concept. The atmosphere is intimate and distinctive, with an eclectic interior designed by Cristian Corvin and built around more than 300 refurbished old doors and window shutters from historic houses in Transylvania, Austria and Hungary.
