Butcher Meatmarket, operating since 2013 in the meat alley in the Carmel market in Tel Aviv. The butcher made it his goal to use 100% fresh Israeli beef and lamb, which were born, raised and nurtured on leading farms in Israel. In 2015, 25 meters from the butcher shop, the 25M restaurant was opened. An authentic restaurant, without decorum and decorations, but with the best meat you can get. Chefs Yaron Kastenbaum and Jonathan Borovitch have created a new language of connection between basic food and meat qualities at the M25 restaurant using all parts of the beef (Nose To Tail). During 2017, the members of the group opened another 25M restaurant (Brodtsky), in the northern part of the city. A fast branch where you can find the same qualities under the slogan "Eaters go". At the Brodtsky branch, we continue to grill the same flagship dishes such as the arais, shawarma and green salad alongside a showcase of fresh, high-quality pieces of meat and skewers of selected Israeli beef. In addition, we operate a service for events, up to 150 guests, where we bring the 25 to your home, for a meat, smoker and grill experience. "Buy less meat, but when you do, buy the best there is"
