August, the height of summer, marks for many of us the time to go on vacation and seek new experiences abroad. But this year, in the midst of a tense summer, everything feels a little different, and many of us have stayed in Israel, left with a longing for the tastes and aromas of distant lands. From August 18–20, Taizu is “opening the skies” with a special menu by Chef Yuval Ben Neriah, featuring new dishes alongside beloved classics from the cuisines of India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
