Located in the Vračar neighborhood of Belgrade, Faro is a contemporary restaurant set inside a villa from 1924. Behind the concept stands Srđan Turukalo — chef, sommelier and creator of the well-known Novi Sad restaurants Project 72 and Fish & Zeleniš. A shared philosophy connects all of his restaurants: close collaboration with small local producers, carefully selected seasonal ingredients and an honest approach to gastronomy shaped as much by authenticity as creativity. That philosophy defines Faro’s constantly evolving menu, built around seasonality and ingredients at their peak. The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, with a personal and uncompromising character that reflects the restaurant’s independent spirit.
