We serve a tasting menu experience, served to all diners at the same time. Seating is around a bar placed in front of the open kitchen, so the guests get a view of all the activity carried out by the kitchen staff. The tasting menu, which changes from time to time, is created by Chef Raz Rahav who draws inspiration from the local culture, raw materials, history and ‘chutzpa’, while being aware of the availability of raw materials and the season, influences from around the world and memories.

Restaurant a is a restaurant led by chef Yuval Ben Naria. In the a restaurant, Yuval Ben Naria presents the philosophy and practice behind the restaurant, presented to the audience through a minimalistic design in the space up to a menu with a wide range of options based on the return to the beginning, to Genesis, to the connection to nature and to instincts. The kitchen in a is built from the basic principles that come through gathering, hunting, fishing and the central use of fire as a cooking technique alongside the use of all raw materials, from tail to head. On the menu you will find different cooking techniques such as aging, preservation and fermentation and a combination of Japanese raw materials with flavor extraction techniques that allow the chef and the kitchen staff to produce the sixth taste, the umami. The menu is divided according to the different methods of handling it: raw, roasting, frying and cooking with iron. Looking forward to seeing you.

The new place in Nachalat Binyamin. Two floors, three spaces and a lively street. Each space specializes in its field, a seasonal food bar overseen by Alon Peled and Aviv Cohen, a colorful cocktail bar run by Yuval Sofer and Dan Kreitzer, and on the top floor a stylish wine bar run by Shmulik Koltan and Yonatan Rotenberg, with a private balcony overlooking the Binyamin estate, which is closed to vehicle traffic every evening. All you have to do is choose which space to sit and enjoy them all together.

Hudson is an American-inspired steakhouse. Our menu contains a wide variety of steaks, burgers, sandwiches and other classic dishes with a unique twist. We let our Ingredients "speak for themselves", all the ingredients are in the highest level of quality and freshness. The meats in our restaurant achieve a quality and meticulous preparation in Our butchery. This unique process includes: Selected Beef from the best "Israeli" Cows, process of "Dry Aging" in our special refrigerators with optimal conditions, proportion of unique cutting and roasting. The menu contains variety of special cuts of Steaks. Each day the steaks that achieved the optimal aging are being served. Even our burger is a steak - chopped steak. Hudson was established in January 2008. The restaurant located in the inner square of "Or" Towers in Ramat Hahayal; business area by day and a quality entertainment area in the evening. The restaurant has wide space which can offer intimate tables, wide bar and room for multiplied-gussets meals.
