At Ima Restaurant, we prepare Jerusalem-style cuisine, meticulously preserving culinary traditions that have all but vanished. For over four decades, Ima has been cooking authentic food using fresh, high-quality ingredients, based on recipes passed down through generations from Iraqi, Kurdish, and Jerusalemite cultures. Our offerings range from a variety of kubbeh—each handmade on-site—and hearty stews to meats roasted over charcoal and served alongside fresh, flavorful salads.
